Higher CPA Exam Fees

CPA Exam applications received by NASBA after July 31, 2009 will be subject to higher exam fees. The new fees, for both first-time and re-exam candidates, are as follows:



Auditing and Attestation (AUD) - $230.55
Business Environment and Concepts (BEC) -$180.95
Financial Accounting and Reporting (FAR) - $218.15
Regulation (REG) - $193.35.

Exam candidates are allowed to apply for one or more section(s) of the examination at a time. After receiving notice of application approval, an individual has six months in which to schedule and take the approved examination section(s). Two months out of the six months are closed to testing - the exam is not given during the third month of each calendar quarter to allow for scoring and databank management.
