We offer free dual student membership with the AICPA to support you on your journey to becoming a successful CPA — from college, to the CPA Exam, and beyond. Member Discounts

CPA Exam Lottery

In an effort to increase the number of test takers and defray Exam costs, the Society awards up to 20 vouchers in the amount of $500 via lottery.


Note: To be eligible, an Exam candidate must not receive any employer assistance for Exam costs and must:

  • Be a current MassCPAs student member;
  • Be a current student or have graduated within the last three years; and
  • Be a Massachusetts candidate planning to sit for the Exam between May 1, 2018 and April 30, 2019.

Exam Review Course Discounts

MassCPAs members receive significant discounts on the following CPA Exam review courses and simulated practice exams:

  • Wiley. 

Annual Events


The Next Step

This special workshop, organized by the MassCPAs and hosted by PwC, is designed for the student who is about to enter the accounting profession. Panel discussions will focus on different career paths and what you can expect in your first year on the job. HR professionals will discuss how to create a favorable impression and students will have a chance to ask questions in a relaxed environment. The evening will close with a networking session, compliments of PwC.

Career Fair Prep is all about how to make the most of your MassCPAs student membership, what to expect from the new version of the CPA Exam and how to perfect your personal pitch and resume to stand out among your peers. This is a webinar event.

MassCPAs Career Fair & Graduate School Expo

  • Meet employer reps from small, mid-size and international firms/learn about grad programs that satisfy the 150 hour requirement; and 
  • Job seekers must be U.S. citizens or have permanent residency visa status to attend.


Believers & Achievers Recognition Reception

At the Believers & Achievers Recognition Reception, scholarship donors and their recipients will come together for an evening honoring our incredible scholarship winners for their achievements. Attendees are scholarship and award winners, Elijah Watt Sells award winners, the Outstanding Educator of the Year, their guests and scholarship sponsors.
